The difference is due to various factors like price fluctuations, supply, external market conditions, etc. Currently, the buy-sell difference is around 5.7%. Additionally, 3% GST is charged by the government. Your savings will grow as gold prices increase over time. So, keep saving!
The only charge you need to pay is 3% GST paid to the government when you buy digital gold. No additional commission is charged.

To set up Daily Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Daily Savings Step 3: Enter the amount you want to save daily Step 4: Click on 'Setup Daily Savings'
You can start your Daily Savings with a minimum amount of ₹10 and maximum of ₹5,000. If you wish to save more, you can save up to ₹1,00,000 manually.
To stop Daily Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Daily Savings Step 3: Click on Manage Daily Savings Step 4: Click on 'Stop Daily Savings'
To pause Daily Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Daily Savings Step 3: Click on Stop Daily Savings Step 4: Select the reason and click on Submit Step 5: You can choose to pause for a specific time period or stop permanently
You can edit your Daily Savings amount by following these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Daily Savings Step 3: Click on Update Daily Savings Step 4: Enter the amount you want to update and click 'Update Amount'
If the Daily Savings payment is missed for any reason, the system will automatically retry within the next 15 days to keep your savings on track.
This could happen if one of the transactions from previous days was missed or failed. It was processed again and completed successfully to keep your savings on track.
With Weekly Savings, you can automatically save a fixed amount in digital gold every week. The amount is deducted automatically from your bank account. You can save without having to remember it every week. Only the chosen amount will be deducted. You can cancel it anytime.
To set up Weekly Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Weekly Savings Step 3: Enter the amount you want to save weekly Step 4: Click on 'Proceed'
You can start your Weekly Savings with a minimum amount of ₹50 and maximum amount of ₹5,000. If you wish to save more, you can save up to ₹1,00,000 manually.
To stop Weekly Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Weekly Savings Step 3: Click 'Stop Weekly Savings'
To pause Weekly Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Weekly Savings Step 3: Click 'Stop Weekly Savings' Step 4: You can choose to pause for a specific time period or stop permanently
To edit Weekly Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Weekly Savings Step 3: Click on Update Weekly Savings Step 4: Enter the amount you want to update and click on Go Ahead
If the Weekly Savings is missed for a week, we will automatically retry within the next 7 days. If the payment is still unsuccessful, the savings for that week will be skipped.
With Monthly Savings, you can automatically save a fixed amount in digital gold every month. The amount is deducted automatically from your bank account. You can save without having to remember it every month. Only the chosen amount will be deducted. You can cancel it anytime.
To set up Monthly Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Monthly Savings Step 3: Enter the amount you want to save monthly Step 4: Click on 'Proceed'
You can start your Monthly Savings with a minimum amount of ₹100 and maximum amount of ₹15,000. If you wish to save more, you can save up to ₹1,00,000 manually.
To stop Monthly Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Monthly Savings Step 3: Click 'Stop Monthly Savings'
To pause Monthly Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Monthly Savings Step 3: Click 'Stop Monthly Savings' Step 4: You can choose to pause for a specific time period or stop permanently
To edit Monthly Savings, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Monthly Savings Step 3: Click on Update Monthly Savings Step 4: Enter the amount you want to update and click on Go Ahead
If the Monthly Savings payment is missed, we will automatically retry within the next 30 days. If the payment is still unsuccessful, the savings for that month will be skipped.
With Manual Savings, you can buy digital gold anytime you wish immediately. You can save manually by clicking the 'Save One-Time' option on the Gold home screen.
To buy gold manually, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click on Save One-Time Step 3: Enter the amount Step 4: Click on 'Buy Now'
The minimum amount you can invest in manual savings is ₹10 and the maximum amount you can invest is ₹1,00,000. For the first 5 transactions, you can only save up to ₹1,000 per transaction due to security reasons.
You can complete your ID verification using either your PAN card or Aadhaar card. We recommend using your PAN card for faster verification.
ID verification helps us confirm your authenticity and prevent fraudulent activities. Your identity information is completely safe and we do not share your identity details with anyone.
Your ID might have failed due to an unclear photo of the identity document or selfie, or if they don't match. Please upload clear photos for successful verification.
This can happen due to following reasons: 1. Your document photo or selfie is unclear 2. Your document photo does not match with your selfie 3. You have uploaded someone else's document 4. You have not uploaded a photo of the original document
There are 3 ways to withdraw your savings: 1. Withdraw savings to your Bank Account 2. Use your gold savings to purchase Gold Coins 3. Use your gold savings to purchase Jewellery
To withdraw your savings to your bank account, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to the Digital Gold section Step 2: Click 'Withdraw Savings' Step 3: Choose the option 'Withdraw Savings in Bank Account' Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click 'Proceed' Step 5: Select the UPI ID to which you want to transfer the money Step 6: Click 'Confirm'. The money will automatically be transferred to your bank account
You have to wait for 24 hours to withdraw your savings into your bank account due to security reasons.
You can withdraw only once in a day. If you want to withdraw again, you need to wait for the next 24 hours due to security reasons.
No, Pocketly does not charge any fees to withdraw your savings.
The difference is due to various factors like price fluctuations, supply, external market conditions, etc. Currently, the buy-sell difference is around 5.7%, along with a 3% GST applicable on gold purchases paid to the government. Your savings will grow as gold prices increase over time. So, keep saving!
This generally happens if there is any bank server issue. This will be resolved within 24-72 hours. Please do not worry, your money is safe.
This might be due to any of the following reasons: 1. Bank server issues 2. Invalid UPI ID 3. Closed Bank Account
If your withdrawal failed, follow these steps to retry: 1. Go to Transaction tab 2. Click the failed transaction 3. Click 'Try Another UPI ID' 4. Select or add UPI ID you want to withdraw 5. Click 'Proceed'
You may be unable to add a UPI ID due to the following reasons: 1. You have reached the maximum limit of adding 5 UPI IDs 2. The name on your new UPI ID does not match with the name on your primary UPI ID 3. Your UPI ID is invalid
To download the invoice for your savings and withdrawals, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to Transactions tab Step 2: Open any transaction Step 3: Click on 'Download Invoice'
